There are a lot of disaffected Republicans right now. I know some of them personally They've been sidelined, and feel politically homeless.

Some of them are taking action (The Bulwark Newsletter). Many others are just letting themselves get steamrolled by this new class of domestic terrorists.

Then you've got the Class A enablers, like Mitt Romney, who occasionally point things out, but who show no interest in shutting down the zoo.
