Can you explain how all this relates to the electoral vote that has already happened? I'm confused about the legal argument here.

The Supreme Court, for all its rightist leanings, is also now full of "constitutionalists" who seem to have a zero tolerance policy towards all of Trump's efforts.

One more question. Is there a criminal act of some kind, ANY kind, that can be used by the next administration to prosecute Stephen Miller?

I'm not a legal expert by any means, but it seems that he is the one person in this country that should be prosecuted for the mere fact of his existence.
