Bravo. I've read some scary statistics about the knowledge level regarding the Holocaust among people in the United States.

I'd even be willing to bet that an even scarier minority denies that it happened at all.

When I was young I subscribed to this weekly magazine about WW2 from someone or some group called Marshall Cavendish.

It had gruesome photos of Nazi atrocities that we'd probably today say no kid my age at the time should see. The descriptions of what went on in the camps were detailed and excruciating. I'll never forget them.

So I'm thankful for those magazines. The photos remain etched in my memory.

Someone should reissue those magazines and send them to every grade school kid in the country. Yeah it's rough stuff, but it was real, unlike the violent and desensitizing video games they are exposed to.
