As a Chicago Bears fan, I can think of about 30 QBs he could have replaced. The Bears have had a consistent record of bad QBs. He's been available for a LONG time. Was he great? No, but he was pretty darn good.

He is a victim of cancel culture, the real kind.

Yet he just rises above it all. Probably, in the long term, his contributions to society will far outweigh what they would have been as a football player, so as usual, racist whining will backfire.

It's a little like CRT. CRT wasn't in public schools. Then idiots like Tucker Carlson started complaining about it to their massive audience of people without working neurons, and now educators are debating about including it in their curriculums, 40 years after its introduction.

Y'all may hate racists, but they do serve a purpose. They bring attention to things like CRT, and soon it will be a mainstay in public school curriculums across the country. Even in the South, eventually.

Racists are like criminals. They're stupid, they do stupid things, and get beaten down by their own stupidity.
