Anywhere else, almost. Texas seems like a strange choice for a fab plant. Or Musk's cyber truck plant, for that matter. There are these really big lakes in the north and a huge river runniing through the middle of the country. I guess coastal areas but like I said in the story, I don't know how hard it is to clean up salt water for fab plants. Taiwan manages to do it, so I guess maybe not that hard.
