Anything is possible. Although science demonstrates that the Adam and Eve story is a myth, that doesn't mean she didn't exist as a representation somewhere. As another commenter wrote, maybe it was Thecla!

I happen to think Ecclesiastes was written by Jesus. It sure sounds like "A Course in Miracles" to me, in poetry. If we believe in quantum physics, there's no reason to think that the God who invented it could not have sneaked into a vestibule somewhere disguised as a janitor to leave behind a few thoughts on paper. Time has no meaning for someone like this.

Same holds true for "Eve," whoever she was.
