Anyone who has the capability and resources of moving to Texas should. If Texas can be flipped - and it's not as far off as people might think - the next presidential election will be over by 5 pm, and Beto could begin the slow process of unwnding some of Texas's theocracy. But of course, the Republicans have a legislative and electoral firewall there, so it wouldn't happen overnight even in the best case scenario.
