This court has shown, however, that they are not the constitutionalalsts they claim to be. They are probably only one or two Trump appointed justices away from simply ignoring the 14th entirely as they take a wrecking ball to Brown, and letting Alito use his quill pen, with its tiny upside down flag attached to the top, to write the bullshit opinion that skirts the 14th.
