He looks to be having an aggressive agenda and will no doubt worry about "divisive" politics, but that's a silly argument in these divided times, especially with 100+ Benedict Arnolds running around the House of Representatives.

To prevent a circus atmosphere in the media, he can just order the Commission to not have open hearings (but make the transcripts available to the press).
