A reparations program seems the only fair solution. There's plenty of money for it, but it would require higher taxes. Hard to imagine in the current political environment.

The name change thing was just a thought exercise to help get people in my demographic to take their heads out of their collective butts. It isn't meant to be taken literally. I could have made that more clear. It's not intended as a glib response to either part or current situations.
